At the heart of Check Point's inaugural APAC President's Club event lay the pillars of celebration, recognition, relaxation, and cultural immersion. Ripple TX took on the responsibility of orchestrating the entire journey for Check Point's President's Club winners and their partners, curating a comprehensive three-day agenda. Our responsibilities encompassed VIP airport transfers, a themed welcome reception titled “Taste of Vietnam,” curated cultural and leisure activities, an immersive team-building experience, and the grand finale: a premier Gala Dinner and Awards evening.
In addition, Ripple TX meticulously coordinated room drop gift surprises, managed a dedicated hospitality desk, handled logistical arrangements, and curated enriching tours to ensure an unforgettable experience at every turn. As the architects behind the event's creative and communications strategies, Ripple TX ensured seamless integration of messaging and design throughout the entire journey.
