The Brief
At Ripple TX, our role was to architect an exclusive experience for Citrix’s top-tier clients, delivering more than just an event but a comprehensive brand journey. We meticulously sourced select venues, managed AV setup, and crafted end-to-end event production. Integrating the events into Citrix's broader ABM campaign, we developed a compelling two-part direct mail campaign. Our holistic approach included managing detailed registration processes, arranging travel logistics like flights and Uber vouchers, and providing personalized attendee gifts. We also ensured brand consistency through carefully designed event creatives, signage, and printed collateral.
